At BEARPAW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place your unworn BEARPAW shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping container with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
